Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the Shipping duties of the Warehouse, and to process the transfers, adjustments and credit notes. You will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse overall. This position requires an individual who can work with minimal supervision, is flexible, has strong attention to detail and is a team player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Pick orders for daily shipping needs, process and create labels for Purolator.
  • Ship daily Office documentation and packages.
  • At end of each day, send all packing slips to Accounting
  • Prepare all International shipments documentation.
  • Provide shipment tracking as requested.
  • File Shipping damaged claims and follow-ups
  • Prepare adjustments that need to be made to warehouse stock
  • Prepare RMA’s that need to be shipped for repairs.
  • Process all transfers for Eastern Canada.
  • Process Bench Technician daily repair transfers.
  • Transfer defective live inventory to repair.
  • Maintain “live” stock inventory organized
  • As required fill ATM pull sheet and Credit notes
  • Ensure proper documentation is kept on file.
  • Maintain preparation “prep” area clean and organized
  • Participate in Inventory Counts
  • Pick Pack orders as required
  • Cross train in other warehouse positions
  • Other duties as assigned
