Customer Service/ Parts Return

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

The Customer Service/Order Returns is responsible for tracking the parts sent to locations and to ensure the parts are shipped back to our warehouse. Also act as the first line of contact and support for our customers.

  • Proactively contact customers for part returns
  • Log all calls in DCPro program
  • Identify why orders have not been shipped
  • Refer to AccPac to confirm orders returned, credit note issued
  • Use website and Intranet Terminal Tools
  • Problem resolution
  • Customer satisfaction, ensuring site is up and running
  • Acting as liaison between customer and technical support
  • Work closely with accounting department to resolve any outstanding payments
  • Verify that all site are up and running
  • Follow up calls
 Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate skills in Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Accurate documentation
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Organized
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Call Centre Experience (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Fluent in English/French
  • Account Receivable and Collection experience is an asset
