Overview of Position:
Reporting to the Director, Quality and Analysis, this hands-on technical position is responsible for testing surrounding various aspects of Cardtronics’ production switching processes, and back-office infrastructure, including, but not limited to: transactional payments processing, card production activities, settlement and reporting, mobile payments processing, and various ABM-related activities. This position involves participation in cross-functional projects, the testing, certification and implementation of new financial institution clients on the switching platform; day-to-day operational and support activities, and the documentation of test cases, processes and procedures particular to client certifications and implementations.

•             Client-facing testing and host banking system certification activities
•             Network and Gateway certifications and implementations
•             Test planning & certification processes
•             Process documentation
•             Requirements elicitation and documentation
•             Participation in cross-functional projects and work initiatives
•             Third-tier technical support of Production issues
•             Fulfilment of client-initiated work requests
•             Creation of test scripts and plans
•             Adherence to change management protocols
•             Utilization of simulators and ATMs
•             Execution and validation of card production jobs and processes
•             Other duties as assigned
